Nikhil Rao

During my master’s program at the University of Delaware, I worked as a graduate research assistant at CRPL and I genuinely loved it. Under Sunita’s guidance, I didn’t just improve my technical and research skills, I also grew a lot personally and professionally. CRPL fosters a collaborative work environment by encouraging open discussions, creative problem solving, constructive criticism and mutual support among all. I’m really grateful for my time at CRPL. It prepared me for my career in software development and gave me a solid foundation of skills and relationships that I’ll cherish for a lifetime.
